COVID-19 Update

We Are Open and Taking Precautions

We take our role in the community seriously and try to make every effort to ensure our customers are taken care of but also that our technicians are safe as we enter our customers’ homes and businesses.

SAFETY OF CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES

Health for our employees and customers is our number 1 goal. It is imperative that we begin to implement additional precautions for the safety of our community, staff, and customers:

  • New protective gloves and booties will be worn into each home or business
  • Technicians are equipped with disinfectants to sterilize vans daily. They also are provided sanitizing wipes/gel for their hands to use after each job.

  • We will greet you with a warm smile but not a handshake at this time. When possible, we encourage maintaining 6’ social distance.
  • Any employee not feeling well is asked to stay home and will be compensated
  • If you are sick, please cancel your appointment and reschedule at a later date

OUR COMMUNITY

This is the time to pull together as a community and help our neighbors. Reeves Family plumbing will be giving $5 from every service call from March 21 until April 21 to local charities that are in extra need right now. We will be splitting the money between the North Texas Food Bank and Communities in Schools. We will be giving updates on our contributions on our Facebook page.

We will continue to give you updates on any changes that happen. We ask that everyone remember we are in this TOGETHER. We will pull through!

Sincerely,
Reeves Family Plumbing
